Motivated to Work Out

For some strange reason, I woke up this morning with an urge to exercise.

I'm not sure what compelled me to do it, but I just had to.

I whipped out the old yoga mat, and got straight into my ab routine without hesitation.

After that was done, I went for a run and then I was out skateboarding for 3 hours after that.

I'm pretty worn out now, but I'm extremely satisfied with myself.

I think that's what the weekends are for anyway. Giving it everything you've got, and somehow managigin to find a way to relax as well.

On a side note: I'm starting to see some incredible definitino in my abdominal area, and am quite impressesd with my results thus far.

I was already in great shape to begin with, but I'm just taking my muscularity to the next level now.

Exercising my abs a few times a week has made a huge difference in their tone and strength.

It's definitely something I wish you could enjoy as well.
