Something Different For Once.

This morning it was beautiful outside, and I really had a hard time not going out there since I'm at home for the day, so I decided to hop on my mountain bike and take a ride on the exact same path I took yesterday for my run.

It didn't take nearly as long as it did by foot, but it was sure a nice way to start the day!

Riding a bike can get your blood flowing, your muscles active and help you feel great overall just form the joy of riding a bike!

And riding a bike is also a great way to help you burn any unecessary fat that may be restricting you form a better stomach.

So if you want to do something fun and get in shape at the same time, riding a bike is always a good idea.
